Comfort and location were great, but the cleaning staff didn’t finish their job properly—glasses and ice bins were left untouched or not replaced, and despite the “do not disturb” button, they still knocked on the door at odd hours to clean the room.

Excellent breakfast with a huge choice from western to eastern, excellent coffee and with a good atmosphere. Could also order omelettes to your choice. Could just walk across a covered parking to a huge shopping mall. Was there for business so very convenient - for tourism it is a bit far from the old city / central river but can be reached by public transport. overall it was excellent and can not complain. as expected the drinks and restaurants were relative expensive (compared to the room rate that was good value for money
