The night‑shift clerk who waited for us after we got in super late was a lifesaver, really appreciated that. Unfortunately the room itself left a lot to be desired – there was a damp smell and the fridge simply wouldn’t run. Cleanliness could definitely use a boost.

The staff were genuinely friendly and did what they could to sort things out, which was nice. Finding the place, though, was a nightmare and it turned out to be more of an apartment block than a hotel, so the nightly rate felt way too high.
