The location was excellent, right in the old town with shops, parks, the promenade, and the beach all nearby. The room had a kitchen and all the appliances needed for a comfortable stay, spacious enough for two, and the Wi‑Fi was fast. Everything was honest and transparent—nothing like the experience at Orbi. We’ll definitely book Hotel Soft again next time!

The spot was great—close to all the big five‑star hotels, right in the center. We mostly walked to the beach and restaurants, and the room was spacious with a table, chair, washing machine, microwave, and proper kitchenware that actually worked. The balcony let us dry clothes, no odd smells, clean and comfy. A convenience store downstairs sold all the K‑food we needed, lifesaver! We could walk to Chuanxiang Hui and it’s worth a visit. The only downside was the Wi‑Fi; the signal was practically non‑existent, probably because our room sat in a corner.

I’m not sure if breakfast is included; nothing was mentioned. The hotel is near the city center, but the area itself isn’t very pleasant. I don’t understand why it got such a high rating—it’s just a few rooms on the ground floor of an apartment building, and I don’t think it’s comfortable.

The rooms matched the description—big and fully equipped. If you stay in a room with a window facing the courtyard, expect teenagers to be terribly noisy until about an hour after midnight. I think the owner should take some action about that.
