The bed was clean and comfortable. However, there was no hot water so we couldn’t shower, and the room lacked a bathmat, hand towel, and washers. There were no glasses, only one coffee mug and a small cup. When we raised the issue, the staff didn’t apologize and promised to look into it. We were there for a memorial after driving from South Australia the day before, so we had to leave without a shower. I would never recommend this motel.

The motel is very close to amenities and restaurants. We stayed in a larger room, which was nice. The tea/coffee station and microwave were convenient, and cutlery and crockery were provided. The furnishings were not the best and the bed area could use more thought. The couch was old. The TV and bedding were good, and the Wi‑Fi worked well. When we arrived, it felt like we were in someone else’s rooms: there was no toilet paper (we had to get some from the office), someone else’s toothpaste and a flannel in the bathroom cupboard, and leftover soap in the shower. That was off-putting. The flimsy front sliding door didn’t feel secure.
