The property is very beautiful and well‑maintained, and the cleaning is excellent. The location is great, and the pool is fantastic. The jams were superb, but we would have liked to find fresh bread and handmade pastries.

Everything! The service was so well‑cared for, friendly, and so much was included for the price 🙏 This is truly the best accommodation (the 12th) we visited on our tour! Everyone here does everything with love. Nothing fell short because everything was 100% great.

Beautiful farmhouse, just a few minutes from the Marche countryside to the sea. The property is stunning, brand new, and tastefully furnished. There’s a lovely saltwater pool with umbrellas and loungers, all well maintained, and the real added value is undoubtedly Stefano, whose exquisite hospitality makes you feel at home.
