A lovely location on a large estate, free for us to explore, so quiet yet easily reachable. Close to many Bastide towns nearby. Breakfast was great, and the meal each evening, cooked especially for us at a time we chose, was also wonderful. Nothing could have been better.

A fabulous traditional French property with excellent staff, Alex, and an amazing one‑man band. I would have liked drinks facilities in the room, but that was just a minor detail.

Alex, the manager, was fantastic—super friendly and very welcoming, and his dog was equally lovely and relaxed. Breakfast each morning was wonderful and very traditional for the region we were visiting; we booked the hotel because we were in the area for a wedding, so everything worked very well. The hotel feels a little tired now, but that was totally acceptable for our trip.

Near the wedding venue, the place was quiet and had a lovely French charm with typical décor that was far better than chain hotels; the fresh food and Alex made the stay unforgettable, and his dog was a delight—he was the most welcoming host I could ask for, thank you Alex. The only small issue was that there were no drink facilities in the room.

Eine charmante Unterkunft in einem alten Herrenhaus, inmitten der dazugehörigen Ländereien. Der Manager der Unterkunft war sehr freundlich und ist unseren Wünschen immer nachgekommen. Unser Hund durfte sich frei bewegen, alles ganz selbstverständlich :-). Das Anwesen war etwas durcheinander, vieles wird neu hergerichtet
