The spot is great, they even have billiard in the accommodation list, the bathroom is very nice, and the lady owner is friendly. The hot water never came on, it was always at most lukewarm. Luckily we were there in April and the outside temperature was around 10‑15 °C.

The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and had free parking, which was a big plus. They even let me check in early and check out late, which was a huge help since I had a busy schedule. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. My only minor complaints were that the bathroom could have used an extra trash can, and it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room (although I know that's not a requirement).

The hotel's location is perfect – close enough to the main square to be convenient, but far enough away from the main roads to ensure a good night's sleep. The staff were also very supportive and helpful. However, I did find the hotel to be a bit overpriced compared to others I've stayed in, and there was a strong smell of conditioner from the bedclothes.

The receptionist was extremely friendly and welcoming, and she personally handed us the keys and sorted out the payment with no issues. The parking spot right outside our room was a bonus, and the quiet street meant we got a good night's sleep.

The hotel was immaculately clean, tidy, and had a lovely staff. The location was also perfect – close to the river, the city center, and even a Lidl supermarket. It's a great place to stay if you want to be in the heart of things.
