The place was okay, but I missed a pillow and there was no mat on the toilet when you exit.

We only stayed one night, so there was nothing to say positively. The building had no lift, so we had to haul our bags up two flights of stairs. The bedding, pillows and towels were very old, and there was no shampoo, soap or cleaning supplies. Hot water was missing, there was no shower curtain, and the shower/bathroom was tiny, making everything get wet.

We were exhausted from the journey and upon arrival they demanded payment again, even though we had already paid beforehand. We had no choice but to pay that night just to get some rest because the manager was already off duty. My daughter had to make an overseas call and pay for it just to resolve the issue.

A straightforward place to crash, the hotel is still getting started and a few things could use a tweak, like not having to request hot water for the shower. Also, the entrance is hard to locate, so better signage would help.
