The bed was good, the location was good, and the staff were great. The room wasn’t very clean; it was dusty, the vents in the ceiling were very dirty, and there was dust on the lamp and bedside table. I’m allergic to dust.

The rates were doubled for a busy weekend, so we paid twice the usual price. The room included a kitchenette, but it was completely empty.

The room was clean and nice, but it stayed cold all day and night; when we called the front desk during the day they promised it would warm up, but it didn't. On the second night a young man at the desk called maintenance and another young man came to the room to try to fix it; he offered a room change, but it was too late so we requested blankets and managed. The pancakes and eggs at breakfast were low quality.
