The spot is great, just 2 minutes from the promenade and beaches, yet the rooms are dirty—especially the bath—smell like smoke, and the breakfasts are awful.

The place is well‑located and the staff are kind and helpful, but the breakfast wasn’t good and there were cockroaches in the room.

The staff are friendly and the location is amazing, but the rooms look newly renovated yet still show building dust and weren’t cleaned before arrival; plugs, taps and fixtures are poorly installed or broken, breakfast is mediocre, and the price doesn’t match the quality of the stay.
