Shaluka and her family were wonderful hosts who made the trip very comfortable; they arranged the safari, supplied international adapters, and the breakfasts were good and tasty. The place sits close to a beach and is quite peaceful, though it’s a bit far from any shops. The room was huge and the bathroom was also good, and the Wi‑Fi worked fine. The kids had a blast running around.

The owner was kind and helpful, the property had been recently renovated, the rooms were clean, and the location was convenient for visiting Yala Park and then heading south or inland. The only downside was the lack of a mosquito net on the bed, given the many insects in the greenery.

A real paradise for disconnecting and relaxing. It’s great for a chill break and pairs nicely with a Yala safari.

The owner was super sweet and did everything possible to make our stay great. His sisters helped too; even though they didn’t speak much English, they were very attentive and nice. The rooms were tidy and clean, the balcony was nice for evening chill, and the pool was good for a night swim—though it was a bit smaller than the photos suggested. We ate at the hotel both evenings and the food was delicious. The host arranged a safari tour at a decent price with a driver who drove properly and kept us long enough at each animal spot. We stayed two nights, which worked well with the one day safari from 5 am to 6 pm. We were happy to choose this option because there were more animals until lunch. I highly recommend this hotel—it feels more like a home‑stay. The only negative is that it’s a bit far from town, but that didn’t matter to us since we ate the great food at the hotel and only needed the area for the safari.

The hotel and owners were excellent. The kids had a blast playing cricket with them all night. The food was superb, making it a fantastic place to stay.
