The only positive was the location, being close to the city centre. The walls were covered in stains, a screw protruded from the bed headboard, the shower door was broken, the bathroom was full of mildew, and the shower head had very low pressure because it was clogged with limescale. The curtains were torn, making them impossible to hang properly.

The staff were very sweet and helpful. Because no rooms were available, they upgraded me and I didn’t request anything else. General cleanliness was fine and the toilet was easy to reach. After check‑out, they left our suitcases behind. Overall, they were friendly. The shower enclosure in the middle of the room was uncomfortable, and the room greeted you with a sink and shower right away. The pillows were too thin, the shower was small and poorly maintained, there were no towels, and overall the room seemed neglected.

The area is nice and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and check‑in/check‑out were flexible. One key worked for the room but was used by two people. The floor wasn’t clean. There was a bad odor in the room and a scent machine was needed. The TV didn’t work.
