The reception was always outstanding. A big plus for the staff, all smiling, helpful, and very kind. The only drawback is the lack of a ramp to the pool for people with reduced mobility.

They offered us an upgraded room at the price of the one we had originally booked. The room turned out to be very comfortable and spacious, with a nice bed, a large, well‑equipped bathroom, and overall good décor. We were satisfied with the stay and appreciated the upgrade offer. However, we stayed for four nights and the room was never cleaned during that time—only towels were changed and the bed was made. For a multi‑night stay, a full cleaning would have been preferable.

A cozy hotel with lovely staff who listen well; I especially thank the night receptionist who spent time chatting with me when I was in pain, on the verge of a crisis, and his kindness and empathy helped me. He wasn’t required to do it, yet he offered his time and I’m grateful. Living with an invisible disability and fighting to protect kids from social media isn’t easy, so small gestures mean a lot. Also, don’t miss their nice heated pool. Thanks to all the employees—your work is respected by few, but you have big hearts.
