The breakfast was delicious, the staff were friendly, the rooms were comfortable, they handed me an extra blanket for the cold city, and the facilities were in very good condition. Everything was very good.

When I booked I asked about parking and was told there were no problems, with 24‑hour service. On arrival I was told that if I came late the parking would be full and I would have to move the car early. After I complained they kept a spot for me at the time I arrived, which I really appreciate because they gave me a solution; it would have been better to know this from the start. The bathroom drain smelled bad, the room was really small, and at breakfast the person who served me offered an egg that could be hard, fried or scrambled. When I asked for a tortilla she said it wasn’t allowed, even though it didn’t require any extra effort. Only my wife and I were eating, no one else was there.
