Nice property, can see it’s well loved. Got homely touches. Communication was extremely poor. Lastly I messaged over the last 2 days to sort passes and got no reply so had to go sort when there. This is fine but we weren’t told or replied to even though I had sent 3 messages to ask. No instructions for anything or welcome note or instructions to check out when we left or map of park. Bed was made with a bed sheet too small, we looked and found another one which fit properly but found this odd? Dirty kids toys, we didn’t need them but they weren’t clean so wasn’t nice to sit and look at! And chewing gum what looked like trodden in on the veranda

We had a great time at this caravan park, despite the awful weather - not exactly a surprise, but it was a bit of a bummer. Luckily, the owner was super helpful when we arrived, even showing us how to work the heating, and within no time our caravan was cozy. The spot was perfect, and it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves, which was really relaxing. One thing that would make it better is if the park owners could sort out the road signs - they're hard to see, especially at night.
