The property was clean, tidy, and newly furnished. The bed was comfortable and the air‑conditioner worked well. However, you could hear people walking and talking through the walls. Initially, the hosts were pleasant, but later they started asking a lot of questions and even came into the room several times to check out the layout, the bed, the toilet, and they turned off the AC because it was too hot, even though we didn’t ask and told them we were fine. Privacy was lacking. The parking was also a problem. When we arrived, we parked in the yard, and at that time (with our car) there were three cars parked. The host said that when we want to leave, we should call so they could open the gates. The next morning we needed to leave, we called, and the host came out. We couldn’t leave because two more cars had driven in; the host immediately started yelling and said we were being rude because we hadn’t notified them before 12 h, as people had gone to the beach. Since people couldn’t come and pick up the car, she told us to take a bus or taxi, even though that day a friend had to drive to Vilnius. Later she said they would leave the keys, and when they left, they could move the car to another spot. We didn’t take them because it seemed odd. After a long discussion, they finally moved one car and a chair, and we managed to leave, but earlier they said it might be possible to arrange something, but they strictly said no. Also, the parking was paid; I said I would need it for two days, paid immediately for two, but plans changed and the car was only needed for one day; they didn’t refund the second day even though the car wasn’t parked. I wish that if you pay for parking, you could leave whenever you want, and they could refund the extra day.
