The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, and the rooms are spotless and beautifully decorated.

The location for their National Day was exceptional for the fireworks, the dinner was beautifully served, and Richard made us feel very welcome on the top floor for the fireworks show. However, although it advertised a city view, it turned out to be a shabby brick wall.
