The hotel was excellent and very comfortable, not far from the Prophet’s Mosque and its friendly staff. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and everything you need—water bottles, coffee, and all bathroom supplies—was available. Quietness is the hallmark of this hotel. Nothing to add.

The room and living area were spacious and clean, with bottled water, strong WiFi, clean shower water, a kettle, a working iron and ironing board, a room slipper, clean towels, and a toilet fan that dries clothes overnight. The staff were friendly, the security officer was on duty 24/7, a porter was available, and the reception staff were welcoming and helpful. Extended‑stay hours were allowed for a fee. What could have been better: the washing basin wasn’t cleaned thoroughly before the next guest checked in—dirt was hidden between the basin and its countertop.
