I’ve stayed here many times, yet this visit the room was actually dirty: I found two tables on the floor, a bottle top, no milk for tea, no dish cloth, and no tea towel.

Everything was lovely – a very comfortable bed, quiet, and a nice guy at the desk – but the fridge only had a bit of milk and there was just one mug and one glass; an extra of each would be nice.
