The location is central and there’s a bike‑parking option, but the carpets are old, worn, and dirty, and the lamps are unappealing.

The location was spot on, but the room was freezing cold and the front desk didn’t heat it even after I asked.

The spot was excellent with a lovely sun terrace, yet we couldn’t use the pool and had to ask in advance for the sauna to warm up. While moving from our table to the buffet during breakfast, the table was cleared, and the staff reacted calmly and with little empathy.
