The location was super convenient, the building looked nice from the outside, and the parking area was easily accessible. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I had to wait a long time for the front desk attendant to appear. When I finally checked in and went to my room, it had not been cleaned at all. The beds were unmade, and there were used towels left in the bathtub. I went back downstairs to report the issue, but instead of apologizing, the front desk attendant seemed annoyed and made me feel as though I was inconveniencing him. He basically implied, “What do you want me to do? You booked a double room and I don’t have another one available.” I explained that I had only booked that room because it was the only option available online and that I would accept any clean room. He eventually gave me another room, but unfortunately, that room also had several problems. The TV did not work properly and had lines across the screen, and the remote control was missing its back cover. There was no soap, the towels were incomplete, and I found hair stuck high on the bathtub/shower wall. I stayed only because I was exhausted and needed somewhere to sleep for the night. After the way I was treated at the front desk, I honestly felt that if I complained again, I might end up without a room at all. Unfortunately, I was so tired that I did not think to take pictures. Overall, the cleanliness and customer service were far below what I expected.
