Personalet her er super vennlige og står på for at du skal få en komfortabel opplevelse. Det er perfekt beliggenhet med kort avstand til både strender og restauranter. Det er enkel servering av mat og jeg fikk også lov til å bruke kjøkkenet om jeg ønsket

The location was great, with scooters close to many beaches; when the air‑conditioning failed, it was fixed quickly, and the staff were friendly.

“Run run away far from here”

I left early, but the place is far from here and the photos don’t match the accommodation at all. It’s dirty, poorly maintained, the pool doesn’t work, the doors don’t close so there’s no privacy or mosquito barrier, the pool filtration isn’t working and they don’t intend to fix it, the staff hardly speak English, and two women were glued to a phone while everything was filthy. I found spider nests in the wardrobe, animal droppings in the bathroom, on the soap dispensers, and cockroaches; the room wasn’t cleaned, water and toilet paper weren’t replenished unless requested. No one dines at the hotel because it’s unpleasant. Construction is three metres from the room, giving zero privacy and noise from morning until 10 pm. The night security guard did what he could by providing water and toilet paper. The owner was extremely unpleasant; we had to move to another accommodation, ruining part of our vacation, and he wouldn’t refund us for the nights we didn’t enjoy, even though the accommodation didn’t meet what was advertised.

The rooms were beautiful, clean, and bright; the tours were very well organized, and the location to the beach was ideal. Everyone was friendly.
