The air conditioning worked and the room was nice, but the area was secluded—100 m inside the main road—with insects in the room and bathroom, and there was no breakfast.
“A choisir en dernier recours”
The room is huge and has great potential, just like the place itself. The host is very friendly, but he doesn’t speak a word of English, which makes communication very difficult. We were welcomed with a juice, which we really liked. I can’t understand how this could have been omitted from the comments, but the property is just terribly dirty, the room the same, I didn’t even want to sleep on the sheets. Spider webs on the ceiling, dust everywhere. No shower gel to wash up. It’s a bit far from the center, but with the Tuk Tuk it’s not a problem.
“Great value, soacious room. Almost perfect place bathroom just needed a bit of TLC”
The room was huge and roomy with comfy beds, a seating area, a TV and a balcony that were nice touches even though we didn’t use them much. It’s situated out of the busy town and close to nature, a 5‑minute walk from stunning rice fields and 10 minutes to the lake. A bus stop is just around the corner on the main road with a few decent restaurants 5‑10 minutes away. The Wi‑Fi worked well as did the AC. The host was lovely and welcoming, always helpful. A great place to relax after your safaris! The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. The window didn’t close, so pests could get in and the windowsill was very dirty. The shower was a bit low pressure even with hot water.
“Great Hotel”
The owner is flexible and accommodating when you need to change something on your booking, and the rooms are always tidy with friendly staff.
“It is a great place to stay at in Yala, the owner of the place was really nice, and give me a lot of relevant info to tr”
I appreciate that it’s a little further from the busiest area, yet not too far; it was a quiet spot.
