The best thing about this property is definitely it’s location! Walking right out to the ocean anytime you want was amazing. We loved the backyard picnic area too, along with the large first floor deck. The kitchen could use updating, and there’s no dishwasher. We found it challenging to all get comfortable around the TV to watch the World Cup. (If that wasn’t on we probably wouldn’t need the TV area.)

The views are beautiful, the place is spotless, and the beds are comfortable. Nothing to complain about.

The property sits directly on a great beach, making it very convenient for summer vacationers. However, the train noise is fairly close, and there are squeaks from the floorboards and a neighbor above, indicating poor sound insulation.
