Mocne 8. Bezpieczna lokalizacja, cena spoko, w okolicy knajpki, recepcja 24/7, własny parking za bramą, basen do dyspozycji. Śniadania znośne, pokoje czyste ale względnie małe i można by je odświeżyć

“Acceptable for short stay”

The room was spacious with a panoramic view of the town, breakfast was satisfying, and walking to restaurants and cafés was easy, but the bedding could be better: the mattress was covered with a flat sheet that was too short and didn’t stay in place while sleeping, and the quilted duvet lacked a cover.

I loved everything – the service was great, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very polite. The hotel itself is super comfortable. I recommend staying here. 1000

“Muito bom no inicio e durante, mas terminou mal!”

I liked the location, the room, the internet, the TV, the bathroom and shower, and the reception staff were very attentive and helpful, always ready to assist. Luis, who handles the luggage support, was always cheerful and ready to help. What upset me most, and might make me not return, was an incident where I left a very specific running pair of shorts in the room. The same day I called the hotel from home to explain where I had left it and that a friend would pick it up, but they told me the housekeeper had found it and would throw it away, even though it was hanging on a hanger. I found that very odd, because a staff member should not discard a guest's forgotten items. I had no choice but to accept it, and that's how it ended. If not for that, I would definitely recommend this hotel; the rating of 7 was due to that incident. If it hadn't happened, I would give a higher score.
