The location is great, and the family who runs the Stan Inn is very welcoming; you should definitely book if it’s available. There’s nothing to dislike.

The host was very kind and attentive, even lending me an umbrella during the rain without me asking; the room was clean, spacious, with a lovely garden and a good range of facilities. No negatives.

The location is nice, though the first time you can’t find it easily. The room has everything needed, and the staff gave the child a separate mattress on the floor with sheets. We checked in early for an extra fee, and the internet was truly excellent—very quiet. They didn’t help with ordering a taxi, forgot to provide water, and on the departure day we couldn’t locate the host to return the keys and hand over the room. All the hooks in the bathroom were broken, so no place to hang towels, there were no glasses for toothbrushes, and we had to beg for toilet paper.
