Everything was fine, maximum willingness from the staff.
A quiet spot, not far from a beach without overcrowding and the only restaurant. Parking in the yard, friendly host. A large, equipped common kitchen. Tables in the yard under a canopy. Convenient to drive in if you don’t want to push around in nearby Kobuleti. You can walk to Kobuleti, stroll along the sea, but there’s a river with a strong current on the way, better to cross the bridge. The beach is pebble. The room we took was the cheapest just to stay over. If you stay long, that room isn’t very convenient. People walk behind the glass wall, you need to close the curtains, it was a bit noisy from upstairs neighbors, shower water dripped onto the floor, no toilet paper. Overall the place is noisy, the road is a highway and a train nearby, but it’s not critical.
The place was right by the sea, which I appreciated, and the room could comfortably fit three of us, especially with the private kitchen that was a real bonus.
Very hospitable hosts, reasonable, always accommodating, offering wine and fruit. All comforts for staying: shower, toilet, air‑conditioning in the room. What mattered most to us was the quiet and calm. The kids’ noise didn’t bother us; nobody is immune if you book a room in a guest complex. The house is located far from the center of Kobuleti, about 25 minutes, but that was more of a plus than a minus for us, so we were satisfied with the rest. If we go to Kobuleti, we’ll only go here.
A large room, a big veranda at our disposal, a private toilet and shower 5 m on our veranda. Good view, privacy. Friendly hosts. Close to the sea, few people on the beach. Noise from the highway at first was a bit upsetting, but when the air‑conditioning was on, it didn’t bother much.
