I had a wonderful week with Katie and Leon. They are absolutely great, positive people and hosts who made me feel very comfortable. From check‑in they were totally flexible and happy to meet my requests. The house itself is beautiful and meticulously decorated, with the garden being my absolute highlight where you can eat or just relax at any time. The kitchen was a big plus for me. You can see that Leon and Katie travel a lot and bring their experiences into the accommodation. Everything needed for an uncomplicated stay was considered, and a well‑stocked supermarket is right next door for supplies. The location was perfect: the house sits right between the city center and the beach, so you can reach both quickly. In the immediate area there’s a lively street with bus stops and nice cafés where you can have a good breakfast and coffee in the morning. Inside the house it was always pleasantly quiet. The metro is within walking distance, which was very convenient for the airport arrival. Another option for getting around Valencia is a bike rental nearby, which I didn’t use. For my gym buddies: there’s a fitness studio just around the corner with day passes for about 10 euros, so you can train easily while on holiday. I especially appreciated the cleanliness. Katie and Leon came by every day and cleaned everything, including the bathroom, which I found truly exceptional. I will definitely come back and can recommend the place warmly.

A beautiful place with fantastic hosts! Leon and Katie were always smiling, kind and happy to help. Their help was invaluable when our flight was diverted to Alicante in the middle of the night. The interiors are decorated with such great taste, and the patio is lovely. We loved everything about our stay and would happily come back!
