We stayed in a very cozy apartment that had everything we needed, including a kitchen with a pleasant dining area. The garden was also very inviting, full of interesting corners, herbs, flowers, and more. I was impressed by the beautiful cookbooks created by the host (former host…).

Room and bathroom equipment was okay. We booked because of the many positive reviews, the services offered, and the presentation on the website, but our expectations were completely disappointed. Apparently there were family changes with the owner. The outdoor area was unkempt. The room was very dirty (soiled tablecloth with wrinkles, sticky coffee table, opened drinks in the fridge, hair in the bed, shared kitchen…); the garden described as a meeting point was unusable. The gazebo was full of junk, chairs and cushions outside in the wind and weather. There was no reception, no personal welcome, no inquiry—nothing—despite the owner living next door.

We were received very warmly and courteously. Our entire stay was enhanced by tips on local specialties.
