The advert said it was in Johannesburg, but it was actually in Pretoria – I only found out from the Uber driver. I booked for Johannesburg and asked for a refund, even a partial one, but got no reply. – Ruth

The place itself was decent and clean, but I booked a two‑night stay and was told I had to check out in the morning and then return at 17:00 to check back in. I had a lot of luggage and a child, and that rule wasn’t mentioned when I booked.
