The staff were helpful, but the breakfast offered little variety – only eggs, sausage, and cold cuts – the air‑conditioner was too cold, and when we asked a receptionist to increase the temperature she was somewhat rude; the safe, intercom, and television did not work, and the pillows were too low.

I liked the location and the room was very clean, yet the bed was uncomfortable, the air‑conditioner made a lot of noise, and the pillow was far too bad.

I didn’t like anything – the hotel was terrible. The service was bad, the cleaning was poor, the bathroom had a leak, the TV didn’t work, no blankets were provided, and the breakfast area was awful: a stuffy place with expired fruit, bottles that weren’t labelled so we didn’t know which was coffee or milk. I asked for the TV to be fixed and no one came. In short, a horrible place – I do NOT recommend it to anyone, it will make you nervous.

The service was excellent as always; I felt at home. The breakfast was good, varied and tasty. The hotel is well located near banks, shops, and also close to the beach. It was very quiet, so I could rest. I will stay again and recommend it. I thought the place could use a little more care – there was a musty smell and the cleaning could be better. They shouldn’t reduce the quantity. Overall, I liked everything. Well done.
