“Not happy with customer service”
I was disappointed by the customer service, which left a bad impression of the place.
“Disappointing”
On arrival, the gate on the decking was broken and damaged, and furniture was left on the deck. The deck itself was filthy and there were no outdoor chairs. The boiler kept cutting out, the Wi‑Fi didn’t work, and 4G was patchy at best. The dining room table was unstable; I didn’t need the two chairs at the back, but I would be worried if I had kids with the glass top.

My stay in the caravan was a mixed bag. On the positive side, the accommodation was spotlessly clean and had ample space for my needs. However, I was disappointed to find a multitude of issues that needed addressing, including a faulty central heating boiler, a wobbly dining table that posed a safety risk, and a broken cooker oven door.
