We never stayed there again after they told us the A/C was broken, and they never refunded us even though they said it would happen automatically after we cancelled. The staff feel like they're scamming guests.

It’s a budget hotel close to the city centre, but the lift was out of order and they promised a driver‑resting room that never arrived.
