The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, but at 8 am on a Sunday the breakfast, which is included in the room rate, had already finished; there was barely enough coffee—just half a cup of one type and half a cup of another.
“Will definitely tell other people to book with them aswell”
Everything was spotless and the front‑desk staff were very nice and respectful; I liked every little detail and will definitely book again.

The staff were friendly, but the front entrance was covered in vomit and nobody cleaned it up. There was no notice that breakfast required a special voucher, loud people made a ruckus in the hall after midnight, people used the ice machine to fill ice chests at 4 am, there were long periods with no one at the front desk, the tub in my handicapped room was slippery with no floor mat, the shower head controls were frozen with crust, and I could list more.
