We were given a large new room even though we brought a dog, and the staff were very attentive, helpful, and gave great tips on where to walk the dog; parking in the secure courtyard was free. Nothing else comes to mind.

The accommodation scored a perfect 10, the new room and especially the mattress were great, and the reception staff were friendly. The restaurant and its staff, however, overcharged us almost 500 CZK for dinner that was supposed to be added to the room bill; if the waiter hadn’t hurriedly stamped the receipt, we wouldn’t have noticed we were paying for the dinner of people who sat at the same table in front of us “apparently” and we’re told to pay straight away. Breakfast had burnt eggs and overall was underwhelming.

The hotel’s own parking, very friendly and attentive staff, a nice room, and a varied breakfast buffet made for a quiet stay despite the central location; the main train station is just around the corner, handy for trips to Sedlec Cathedral and the Bone House, making it perfect for exploring the beautiful city.

Úžasný přístup personálu, čisté pokoje. Hodně vysoké polštáře, nepohodlné
