The price was reasonable for a one‑night stay, and the location is just a couple of miles from the attractions. However, the room seemed untouched for 20 years; the shower in the bathroom had patchwork, the door wouldn’t close fully, the pool was disgusting, and there was no ice machine—had to travel elsewhere for ice. It would have been nicer to have a real blanket in the room instead of a double‑sided sheet that looks like a blanket on one side, and the mini‑fridge’s freezer needed defrosting.
