We were sent to a spot on the map that didn’t match the address, so after a late arrival we had to waste time driving to a place where the hotel didn’t exist at all. Then they put us in a first‑floor room swarming with mosquitoes – you could swat more than five in a minute because the property sits practically on a swamp. When we finally moved up to the sixth floor, rain started and water streamed down the walls from the ceiling, yet the bed somehow stayed dry. To top it off, the walls were covered in mould.

I was pleased to receive a quiet room as requested at the end of the corridor, but unfortunately, communication was a challenge due to the limited English spoken by the staff. On the second day, I was initially told that breakfast was not included, but after inquiring, I was informed that it was indeed part of the package. The breakfast itself was simple and lacked flavor, and as many previous guests have mentioned, the room and bathroom had a lingering smell.

“Good city hotel - perfect for one day stay”

The hotel's location was perfect for my needs, as it was within walking distance to where I wanted to be. It was a good choice for a short one-night stay in Bali, and I was able to get a good rest.

I was shocked to discover that my son, who stayed at the hotel, was not provided with breakfast despite the initial price of €26 per night including breakfast. This was a clear case of deception, and I was left wondering how this could have happened.

“Great hotel with good design”

I was pleased with the hotel's location, which was close to the fish market and airport, as per my plans. The design was also impressive, and I appreciated the option to pay partly, as well as the availability of tea and coffee in the room. Additionally, the soft chair in the room was great for working. However, the hotel fell short in terms of renovation, with sloppy wall painting that left a bad impression.
