We booked stays with breakfast. The breakfast was very good and varied, and in the morning you could also sign up for dinner if you wanted. Dinner was really good. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

The location is convenient, with ample parking. The host was kind (he even lent me a hair dryer I didn’t have), and the buffet breakfast was good, both sweet and savory. The room was beautiful with a little balcony; the bathroom was tiny but had everything.

The staff are always available and professional. The property is excellent and super clean.

The owner Mike is friendly and helpful, the duvet in the bed is nice, and the room has a terrace. The bed pillows are uncomfortable, the bathroom is too small and lacks a bidet.

The location is ideal for 360‑degree movement around the Dolomites, the property is welcoming, tidy, and run in a family‑style by Michele and his mother. It’s a pleasant surprise in a unique spot, the breakfast is varied and plentiful. We will definitely come back.
