It was a very peaceful place, tranquil and pleasant to stay!
The bed was comfy, but the lodge was literally in the middle of the woods and the photos were misleading; it was very buggy, so bring insect repellent.
“Não gostei”
The photos made it look like a beautiful, large, clean pool and great location, but the rooms were tiny and infested with ants, the pool was dirty and small, and it’s far from everything.
The place is quiet and close to Cocanha beach, the rooms were comfy and the host was attentive—definitely coming back.
“Decepção”
The advertised price was R$ 540.00, split between two people, yet when I swiped my card the host added a fee claiming it was a card charge; I pointed out that my card had no such fee, and he admitted it was an internal financial charge. If the price is advertised without fees, that amount must be charged. When we arrived we had to pay the rest by card, but the host said the only payment method was tap‑to‑pay, which wasn’t available on our card, forcing us to use Pix instead. On top of that, the road to the lodge was awful and the host didn’t explain the access conditions.
