Hampton Inn Brockport

The site was ideal for a wedding we attended, but the cost forced us to stay only one night because it was cheaper to go to the Best Western on Friday.

Nothing. After several calls, emails and text messages confirming my reservatuons to much of my disappointment they did not have a room. We were in route to the hotel when I called to inquire holding our bags prior to check in. This is when I was told they did not have our reservation. The manager could not help us because all rooms were taken. We had to scramble to find a bed and breakfast. Everything. The staff handled my inquiry with 0 professionalism. The manager did not want to speak to me to help resolve this issue. If I did not call prior to arrival we would have been standing in the lobby with 2 suitcases and no car. So very disappointed. I paid out $900.00. I plan to pursue a full refund with the president of Hampton Inn and and American Express. I CANT RATE THE FACILITY BECAUSE WE DID NOT STAY THERE

“Double charged”

I paid for my room, but after checking my bank statement I saw the hotel charged me again for the same stay; I’m trying to get a refund and they keep giving me the run‑around.

“Great hotel price seemed high”

The breakfast was great, the room was excellent, and the staff were professional, but the price was double what any other hotel on our Erie Canal bicycle trip had charged.
