I liked the breakfast and the beds, but when I asked for food to be brought to my room because I was at the pool, the staff refused, saying they don't deliver food to the pool. I told them I was going to the room, they still wouldn’t bring it, and the restaurant staff was just as unhelpful, making it feel like they didn’t care about guests. Also, there was no hot water at first and the AC wasn’t working.
