I liked how convenient and supportive the staff were, and the place was easy to find; I also enjoyed the breakfast. The property could use some work to become more appealing for a stay.

The staff packed and threw our stuff out before time. We checked in at 5 in the morning and by 4 pm the stuff were already being thrown out. I had to get dressed in the sitting room.

The location was convenient, really close to Jinja town centre. The staff were also really helpful, especially Martha, who made sure my needs were met by helping me get a motorbike and even negotiating a taxi back to Kampala; the breakfast was always on time. There were no mirrors; please consider adding them in the rooms.
