Everything was wonderful, the people were lovely and the reception was amazing, especially Mr. Hazem at the front desk. No complaints.

The hotel is fantastic, especially Ahmed Shebl and Ahmed Abdullah who are incredibly friendly, and the animator for Arabic music is also great—thanks separately. I recommend the food service and overall service as top‑level, and I will definitely stay here again. Excellent! However, the food, service, and the friendliness of the staff were noted as areas needing improvement.

Nada
