The connecting rooms are quite spacious with all the necessary equipment, and the staff are very professional and efficient.

The hotel is clean and the evening staff are good, but the daytime staff are rude and racist. The reception was a disaster, they didn’t know how to be polite. We paid by card before arrival and they chased us saying we hadn’t paid, then checked and confirmed we had, but they didn’t apologize. They offered free coffee and tea at the end, but the manager said no, and you really feel the racism—disappointed by the behavior. Avoid it if you’re not from Croatia.

The service was friendly and helpful, but the corner of the stairs has a few steep steps that can be dangerous for older people carrying suitcases.
