I liked the location. It’s nice that it’s a relatively small place and easy to navigate. The pool area was fantastic—spacious, and you weren’t close to other guests. The food was good and varied a lot. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. There should be more heat in the buffet food—it wasn’t really hot. Too bad when the food is that good.

The food was varied. The staff were nice. The view is really beautiful. The food wasn’t bad but not excellent, a little disappointing. The room was a little wet… I think there’s a ventilation issue. The pools aren’t heated. When you come in October, it’s really important to know that for not taking a private pool… (maybe mention it from the website)

The pool was great and the cats were adorable, but the drinks left something to be desired.

The staff were super helpful and friendly, and every service was fantastic—the pool was huge and the food was delicious and varied. They welcomed us with a drink and took us to our room in a Golf Cart, and the location is perfect for reaching the best beaches on western Crete.

The all‑inclusive was nice, but the pool stairs were slippery and dangerous, hair was found in the bathroom, and the finishing work needs improvement.
