The location is good, but the bathroom is outside the room.

The accommodation was excessively clean and fragrant, and we truly felt at home; the owners were warm and always available, so we highly recommend staying here.

We were a group of four trekking the Via Francigena and can confidently say Casa Rossa is the best choice near Coiano; the hosts were exceptionally welcoming, we pre‑booked dinner and received a generous, tasty meal at a very fair price, and the room was clean, well maintained, and charming with traditional Italian décor—overall a wonderful stay. The only downside was the lack of advance directions to the house for those walking the Via Francigena; coming from the north we had to walk the paved road from Coiano, but there is also a southern access that leads directly to the trail.

The service was friendly, the food great, and the rest was 100% satisfactory; honestly, there’s nothing you can’t like here—everything was excellent.
