It really comes down to the staff—every single person we met was helpful, attentive, and friendly, and in our experience they’re the best in customer service among all the hotels we’ve stayed at. The rooms are a bit outdated and could use a freshen‑up, but they’re great for the price.

The location was handy for the park, zoo, and play park, but like all these places, the dinner was nice yet felt very overpriced.

Friendly staff, a great view from the room, and plenty of activities for the kids made the stay enjoyable, and the family room was spacious. However, the room could use a cleaner dusting and a better carpet clean, more lights and better air‑con temperature control would help since it’s a manual dial, the pool changing rooms were filthy, and the arcade needed more maintenance because many games were jammed or not working properly.

Nice rooms, but the breakfast was awful for the price, and I still haven’t received a bill from the hotel even after asking.

The rooms and whole hotel were perfectly set up for a stay with the kids. They loved the theming and the bunk beds and having their own little room but still being close to us. Early park access, free parking and the pool were all a great bonus for our visit. The bar was very expensive
