The hotel felt really cozy and private, and we were completely satisfied with our choice. After driving around Zanzibar’s popular beaches, we loved coming back each evening to our little paradise called Zanzi. The overall service, especially the twice‑daily room cleaning, was worth noting; they even tidied the room for bedtime while we were at dinner. Being on the west side of the island meant we didn’t have the strong tides that hit the east. We definitely recommend it.

The spot is right next to Stone Town, and the breakfast a la carte was tasty—especially the banana bread. The villas were gorgeous, spotless, and tucked away in the jungle, just a short walk to the beach, and the staff were fantastic. The downside was that the beach had no lifeguard and there was only one restaurant.

The staff’s hospitality and kindness were exceptional, the location was quiet, the villas were amazing, and the restaurant was great. The beach isn’t really suitable for swimming, and the kids’ menu options were very limited.
