I appreciated the quiet vibe and the convenient spot of the hotel, yet at check‑in we weren’t told about the housekeeping policy and later discovered our room hadn’t been cleaned because the service needed to be requested in advance—a detail that’s rarely missing at other hotels and should have been explained. After a long day we wanted to unwind in the hot tub, but it was shut at 10:00 PM and we were denied any leeway even though we arrived just minutes before closing; most hotels keep hot tubs open later because guests use them to relax after a day out. The lack of clear housekeeping communication and the rigid hot‑tub schedule really hurt our stay, so the hotel should announce these policies at registration and consider extending the hot‑tub hours.

“IT WAS OK BUT PROBABLY WONT COME BACK”
