“Avoid. At all cost”

I recently had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff were courteous and friendly, which was a pleasant surprise given the overall state of the hotel. However, upon arrival, I was dismayed to find the hotel to be extremely dirty, with dust and spider webs covering every surface. The air conditioning unit was also without a remote controller, making it difficult to regulate the temperature.

“Security issue”

My recent stay at this hotel was an unmitigated disaster from start to finish. The check-in process was chaotic and unprofessional, with no clear communication or support from the hotel staff. To make matters worse, the hotel falsely claimed that I didn't show up, despite having proof of my presence, and proceeded to charge me extra. What's more frustrating is that the hotel's customer support was slow and ineffective, offering no real resolution or accountability for their behavior.
